Engaging Tumbling & Gymnastics Classes

At Absolute Gymnastics Academy, we instruct tumbling, gymnastics classes, and more in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. Our recreational class programs are a wonderful place for new students to begin.

Busy Bees

Designed for ages 3 - 5, this one-hour class introduces basic gymnastics, loco-motor skills, strength, and flexibility. It is a coed class that maintains a student-to-coach ratio of 8:1. We begin with a structured warmup and provide kids experience with preschool equipment while also familiarizing them with Olympic events.

Progressive Development Programs

As your child progresses through the recreational classes listed below, our coaches track progress to determine when an individual may attend these two-hour classes. These classes are designed for high school students or those prepared to advance into a fun, intermediate environment. Our coaches discuss your child's opportunity to move into intermediate or advanced programs based on age and skillset.

This class is designed for those interested in learning or improving tumbling skills. Our instructors focus on individual progression with various floor exercise skills, building strength and flexibility.
